Approved Log Trt and Blast cycle Log

So I was asked to update, I gained over 30#'s on my cycle from domestic supply. All lean at first with serious fat loss. From a high protein low carb diet. Then when I cut out the orals and decreased the dosages I gained the fat back, I also increased carbs at that point. I have no issues with the fat it's easy to get off. I'm currently 271# and have no issues with the extra weight until closer to summer.

I'm currently cruising on 200mgs a week of trt from the doctor. 9 weeks on the cruise, it was 150. Dr. Just upped it to 200 - 3 weeks ago. Waiting on bloodwork results and all that stuff before I blast again. At fifty I have to train around an extreme amount of injuries but I don't let it hold me back.

Considering a test, tren, masteron, EQ and Deca cycle next. Small doses relying on the actual combination to make up for lack of high doses.

I'll be using a lot of basics, plus calisthenics and combination of Martial arts and CrossFit type conditioning to lean up when I do.

Alot of medicine ball work, burpees and explosive work. Usually as a secondary conditioning workout on days off and after heavier workouts. Doing this now just not pushing it as I'm only on trt not trying to kill recovery. Yes I know I tend to do to much, it's my nature.

I'll be staying away from orals from now on, as the orals I was on were definitely too harsh on the liver and kidneys but man did they help strength gain and fat loss. XXX from domestic supply with 33 mgs each, anadrol, dianabol and winstrol each per tablet. Used as a pre-workout only.
@JCE thanks for the update. We have missed you in the EF family :) I'm sure @marshmonsta agrees you need to be back in the game with us.

Future cycle
Since you're on TRT, I wouldn't jump into trenbolone, its too toxic and too much of a health issue.
How about we move you from TRT to sports TRT+ with a primobolan base?
300mgs testosterone /week
200mgs primobolan/week
100mgs deca durabolin/week
50mgs proviron/day shbg/free test deca sides
7caps n2guard/day (organ liver support a must)
10mgs cardarine gw/day (cardio fat loss cholesterol control)

I have no desire to spend that much time on the Internet. Just had trouble sleeping is why I'm on RN. That and I was doing research for my wife's next cycle on here last few days.

I'm about to crush back, early this morning warmup then start wide grip chins at 271#'s LoL then we'll attack from a variety of angles and ending with high rep work.

I don't experience noticeable sides from tren and love the effects. I'll probably keep the dose low at 100-200 MGS a week. Domestic supply has a blend with 200 test, 100 tren and 100 masteron I'm considering.I've done Pretty high doses before with no noticeable sides. The Deca and EQ despite what some says, really helps with all my injuries.
 
Hey brother nice looking log so far, from what I can see your a powerbuilding beast that is also into MMA,awesome to see that,I do agree with @the_alcatraz you need to get back into the saddle and post some of that training info/pics up i bet you got some unreal numbers on lifts....I can't wait to see💪🦍
 
Actually I'm from that era where powerbuilding was a big thing. Met Branch Warren and Johnnie Jackson. At some shows in Texas I was working at. My numbers are far from what they were, I'm fifty and full of injuries. I used to hit the 150# dumbbells on the incline bench and deadlift over 500# etc... but now I don't do any dumbbell work over 110# and my favorite exercises are strongman press and wide grip pullups. Burpees and medicine ball throws for explosive work.

When hitting it hard I love lots of drop sets.. I'll run the rack down from 50-5 on bent over laterals db curls etc. these are just favorites.

I really do it to stay moving and functional. Keeps the injuries warm and not complaining as much. No other reason at this point.

MMA I do for health and I teach my young wife and all these kids, I make every time I come off the gear.

Again I have done it so long I can't exist without it.
 
Thanks for the reply bro,branch Warren is one of my favourite guys in the game to be honest now that guy had some mad work ethic in the gym and wasn't afraid of super sets and running racks down at all your super lucky to meet the guy👍
I definitely understand where your coming from with injuries and kids and MMA all in the picture but like you said at the end "I can't exist without it"and I'm keen to see some training stuff that you log up,I'd say your lifts would still be up there at your size...loging more info is also going to help you with poeple getting a chance to understand you more aswell.

@JCE how about you start with something simple, share your training with us. can you do that? thats 15min/week

@domestic-supply.com has a good blend test/tren/masteron its good you can just use 1/2 mls maller doses.

drop sets are legit, thats perfect bro :) but you doing the big lifts? squats deads?

Yes I do all the big lifts although no longer heavy. That's always been the core of my training. Especially deadlifts, push presses, strongman presses. Wide grip pullups and rows.

I limit something's like power cleans these days. But until some serious injuries they were staples. I used to deadlift really heavy now I go light.i have SOME DISCS THAT ARE PRETTY MUCH GONE in my lower back.

I still train though remember I'm 50 been lifting since 14 and Martial arts since 4 lol
