some people only take 4-6 weeks off and jump right back on..i gues its up to you,,..if u plan on doing the 4-6week method off,,be prepared to be on hrt sooner then what u think
At 37, that wouldn't be a complete disaster. Here is the way I look at it. Which might be a little crazy. Although I don't want to blowout my HPTA and sing soprano in the boys choir. I am 37 so there are only so many years left where I still am in my "youthful years". Or at least look that way. Maybe all in my mind. Which means still "pulling" women in early 20's without looking like a sugar daddy. I may as well, live these last "youthful years" as jacked as I can. Kind of like an athlete sacrificing his body to injury while he still can play. And no offense to any of the senior guys here. This is just one crazy opinion.
You're poll doesn't have the right values. Where's the 14 weeks.
People who jump off for 4 week PCT just to jump back on, should just stay on. I don't believe 90% of people's HPTAs will be FULLY normalized by 4 weeks, which is why you continue training natty for weeks-months, to solidify gains and allow for FULL recovery.
I said 4 weeks.. but the question was not asked correctly..
If I were to do this (and i have) i understand that i am not going to recover my natural test levels.. that rest period is actually a bridge between 2 10 week cycles..
breaks it up a little and allows me to do a bulk then a cut cycle..
