The best 'natural' food for protein per dollar is tuna, by far.
My preference for the majority of my protein is Pro Complex by optimum nutrition. It's extremely inexpensive compared to steak, chicken, etc. and gets it's protiens from a variety of soy and egg sources.
Nope! DRY cottage cheese (~$3.00 canadian for 1 L) 21g prot. per 1/2cup. That's alot of protein. Tuna is anywhere from $1.30-$2.00 tin for about 25 g protien.
