Please list some foods that have a decent amount of protein

Looks like you're in Jersey, I'm in Western Canada, so it would be difficult to help you.

Dry C.C. is also known as "curd cottage cheese", or "dry-curd cottage cheese". It tastes like nothing as if your eating cardboard, however if you mix it with stuff (eggs, chilli, fruit, etc.) it can add ALOT of protien to what your eating.
 
Is dry CC pretty much only found in Canada because I am currently at school in the U.P. of Michigan and Canada is literally behind my school?
 
Not ever having had to buy DCC in the states I can't answer you. It might be. Try an internet search for DCC or curd CC, or variations. Good question.
 
2 tbs of natural penut butter has 16 grams of fat and like 6 carbs and about 8grams of protein

1% cottege cheese has loads of protein-i dont like it, so i mix it with eggs and cheese
 
Learn to eat sardines and kippers. 16- 19 g protein in that little can. $.85 a can....lotta protein/cheap snack.
