First off I am a 16 year old Male my height is 5'9 I have a large build. I have been working out for about a year now and definitely see gains but I still have extra fat I want gone how should I go about loosing this fat without loosing muscle? I would like to keep doing weight training if that's possible ( ps - not a big Cardio fan)(i workout every week day morning)
I weigh around 195 - 200 lbs
Average daily meal
Breakfeast - 2 bananas, cup of coffee
Post workout - 1 scoop whey isolate protein
Lunch- chicken breast and green beans
After school - bowl of pasta
Dinner - ( Varies)
Snacks - usually something small such as 1 or 2 granola bars
