ok so im 19...6'1..weigh 170lbs..i want to weigh around 180 185 with no fat...i have a 4 pack...but i cant seem to get the fat off my stomach no matter how much i run...so i was wanting to know what was a healthy amount to eat...like how many times..and waht to eat...nothing to drastic! and whats some better cadio and abb work outs to do...
