I am currently 220 with 18% bodyfat, seems like alot but on jan 8th i weighed in at 251 and 33% bodyfat. I am aiming for july 4th to be in the best shape humanly possible. I am slowly starting to lean out mt crb intake and up my cardio to reignitr the fat burning process but i am a little un sure about the proper ratio of foods. i work out in the morning so is it allright to include oj in my postworkout sake and should i include my fats inthe rest of the days meals. Any and all advice appreciated
