Please critique my diet...

Hi
Im 33 6'2" 205 lbs and i am about to start a cyclotren cycle i put up a diet plan please let me know what you think thanks

Meal 1
1 slice whole wheat bread
4 egg whites,1 large egg
1 tps olive oil
0.5 cup of oats,1 cup of pineapple juice
Multi-vitamin

Workout

Meal 2
2 scoop of whey protein isolate
1 banana
creatine,glutamine

Meal 3
1 1/2 cup of whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce
8 oz pork tenderloin baked or low fat red meat or fish
1 apple

Meal 4
Protein Bar
1 can of tuna
1 apple

Meal 5
7 oz chicken breast or low fat red meat or fish
1 cup of whole grain rice
0.5 cup of green peas

Meal 6
1 cup of low fat cottage cheese
1 cup of lettuce with low fat dressing

Meal 7
2 scoop of whey protein isolate
22 almonds

its about 3700 calories 385 P 332 C 87 F

what are your goals for the upcoming cycle
of cyclotren?

I would like to had a few pounds of lean muscle and get a bit more definition i have been training for about 15 years now but i never did a cycle,i just took protein and a few times creatine but never any prohormones or steroids,so this is my first cycle and i have reading a lot in the past few months and a lot of people suggested for a first cycle to go with cyclotren.Will i lose some fat while i am on cyclotren even if i up my calories? thanks
 
if you keep most of your cals clean then
the weight you gain should be clean
keep your cals up since your body is new to any sort
of cycle and will grow like a weed as long as
you have the diet and training in check
you could lose fat if youre gaining muscle

from what i see you are Good To Go with diet
if you feel youre getting pudgy then back off the cals
 
I would make two small changes to your diet based on your goals. I am a firm believer in eating the whole egg so at breakfast I would go with 4 eggs whole rather than just the whites. There is so much goodnees in egg yolks. I would also add another slice of whole wheat bread and drop the oats. Use oats instead of eggs every now and again to change things up a little.

The other thing is your late meal (5) you are having rice with this. I would change to a leafy green salad as don't like the carbs this late in the day and probably do away with Meal 4 altogether. I don't think you need.

Thanks i did the changes you told me but it drops my calories from 3700 to 3050 and my proteins are down to 320gr. is that still ok at my height and size?
