Thanks for all the replies so far. I had my BF checked again last thursday (2-20-03). I was right around 10% and weighed 162lbs. I will post new pics and new BF measurements later this week. Oh yeah- I am adding yohimburn with caffeine starting tommorow to hopefully speed things up. PS- I know I am by no means huge, and some think I should be bulking.... BUT, the fact is I have NEVER in my life been able to see my abs (poor genetics) and that is my goal for now. I was so damn skinny in high school (I think I weighed like 110 lbs when I was 16), but I still had a fat stomach with no abs showing. and no, I am not worried about blowing away in the wind... yet.
