Day 8th and 9th, still got a lot of work to do. I decided to skip the 60mcg clen dosage and just bumped it to 80mcg because i absolutely love the energy i get from it, and yeah i can handle the cramps and shakes. After 1 week strangely i'm getting bigger don't know why, i weight in at 71.9kg but definitely getting leaner, obliques are starting to show and my arms are getting more definition. haven't taken a new picture yet, but will definitely will after i'm done with the 2nd week. And for those whose saying you can take clen and t3 and not diet and do cardio and loose weight, are delusional hehe. For the 2nd week i'm gonna upped my cardio to 30-45 mins of HIIT, because the 1st week i only do 15mins low intensity. My target is to loose 1 to 1.25kg every week for 8 weeks, so already finished 1 week, 7 weeks to go!
