Hey rick thanks for the feedback! muchly appreciated! I was just wondering if you could tell me *judging by those pictures* what muscles am I lacking! I already know my legs are and I still have to lose 20lbs or so.

You will have a better idea of what areas need the most work when you get down to a good bodyfat level. Where you are at right now, things are still smoothed over a little too much to give an accurate assessment
