Pineapples Before Bed?

Every night before I go to bed I usually eat 1 cup of large curd cottage cheese and 2 tbsps of ANPB. The only problem is that no matter how many times I try, I cannot stand cottage cheese by itself. To alleviate this problem, I usually put just a few pineapple tidbits in my cottage cheese, and eat just one tidbit with as big of a scoop as I can get on my spoon.

This makes the tastes 1000x better for me. After Im done, Ive only added a total of like 7 or 8 pineapple TIDBITS. Is this enough to have any negative effect such as an insulin spike before bed? I know that its advised to not eat carbs before bed but it doesnt seem that this little amount would make any difference. Feedback appreciated!! :jack1:
 
Depend on your goals

But CC + Peanut butter + pineapples = a "not negligeable" amount of carbs
 
If you're bulking your main concern is taking enough calories

Clean food as possible

CC, peanut butter and fruit (in moderation) can be incorporated in such a diet

Don't be too anal

Keep your concern for when you want to cut :)
