365LBS (three plates and a 25 on each side) THREE SETS EIGHT REPS EACH STIFF LEG DEADS! Not bent leg, the easier method imo.
I was super stoked after that, boy. Although my lower back muscles are yelling at me today, it felt great yesterday.
Just thought I'd share how well this fina/winny is going for me.
