Thanks to some helpful elite advice, I tweaked my routine, prioritized my chest training and have really made some progress with these babies! I don't have any befores, but you could see my ribs and sternum in the center of my chest, even when I flexed, and it was just pathetic I've been doing the spat eat like a hog thing for about 3 weeks, probably going a little overboard too because I'm feeling pretty fat and bloated and the scales agree, but in those 3 weeks I saw more progress with my chest than I did in the rest of the 2 1/2 or so months that I focused on them. Now I'm going to hammer my shoulders for a while...
