Thanks to some helpful elite advice, I tweaked my routine, prioritized my chest training and have really made some progress with these babies! I don't have any befores, but you could see my ribs and sternum in the center of my chest, even when I flexed, and it was just pathetic :bawling: I've been doing the spat eat like a hog thing for about 3 weeks, probably going a little overboard too because I'm feeling pretty fat and bloated and the scales agree, but in those 3 weeks I saw more progress with my chest than I did in the rest of the 2 1/2 or so months that I focused on them. Now I'm going to hammer my shoulders for a while...

Hopefully this will link up to my pics and not just a bunch of red x's. Pleeez let me know what you see, I sometimes see the x's but the pic shows when I click on it...???

By the way, you look great! Very nice balance of strong and feminine. Did you cycle? I just ask because of your caption "where did my boobs go?" I hope my pecs pick up some mass like yours.

Cool :) At least the darn things show up....didn't want anyone to call me mentally deficient just cuz I can't hyperlink my pics :lmao: Just kidding...

No cycles here, all over the counter. I've been training about 9 months now and think I have the genetics to get me where I want to be without the drugs...I'm not looking to be a mass monster, as Lobo puts it. I dropped a lot of BF over the course of the year, and after just ending a mini-cutting cycle, my chest flattened right out and it really shows in that first pic.

I AM having a little bit of a struggle with "To use, or not to use..." debate....I feel highly limited by slow recovery rates and have to stretch out my training split just to accomodate this...my back is the worst whereas my legs recover better than any other muscle group. I also think that if I do ever go into a contest, I'm going to have a BIG, BIG problem leaning out enough and could use some help in that area. So if I would end up using a subs. banned in natural comps just to lean out, why not use one to build??? :confused: Ah, I dunno! For now and the next year or so I'm just doing it natch.
 
Gosh OTC.... I was looking more at your arms than your chest. Your arms look great---nice definition going on :)

Your chest is getting that nice full muscly look on top......know what I am talking about???? hee hee.

Hmm, I'm picking up a veiled observation there, something like, "Girl, you got some FLAT breasts!!!" He he, that's okay :) I didn't need 'em anyway.


Thanks ann, my arms are little watery since starting to eat to gain, but I'm not complaining...you should see my legs!!! :sick:
 
Nice chest, nice arms, and if those are "flat" boobs, then I must have craters. :FRlol:
