SuperNav, it's for fat loss, immune response increase, and mood and dream enhancement.

P7 is not going to cause Gyno if that's what you're hinting at.

bromo may interefere with some of p7 relaxant effects.

bromo should be used only if you notice tissue growth, itching or puffyness.. (keep it on hand, but only use if needed).. or if you really want just use 1/4 tab eod.

Using the orange P7, 40 drops in the morning, 40 drops at night on inner forearms....mainly using it for thyroid and immune system right now, although I do like the relaxtion factor from it.

Ok, my morning dose I apply the P7 then shower about 60 minutes later...no less then that. Is the P7 fully absorbed within 60 minutes after application? Or should I start using it after the shower? Just like to time the dosings to every 12 hours.

Is it me or is that ALOT? I got the sample p7 and 40 drops would about drain the entire 1/2oz trial size.
