Late in my 5th week of the SARMS triple stack. Basically did a lot of traveling for work and just a rough holidays on the belly and decided I had to stop this shit dead in it's tracks!
Following dosages of the "Super SARM Triple Stack" and diet as close as possible to Dylan's recommendations. So far down about 11 pounds 215 to 204 (btw, 6'1" 38yrs). Strength is up, but haven't increased weight, only added a rep maybe two to each exercise.
Here’s the current layout....
"SUPPLEMENTS"-
S4: 25mg AM (pre-cardio), 25mg Noon, 25mg PM (pre-workout)
Ostarine: 25mg AM (pre-cardio)
GW501516: 10mg AM, 10mg PM (pre-workout)
Albuterol: 4.5mg AM (pre-cardio), 4.5mg Noon (pre-lunch), 4.5mg PM (pre-workout), alternating off with forged burner/rasberry ketones
Forma Stanzolol: 5 pumps AM, 5 pumps PM
HCGenerate: 3 AM, 2 PM
N2Slin: 2 before lunch, pre-workout shake, last meal
Taurine: 1500mg PM (pre-workout)
Multi-Vit, Fish Oils, Glucos/Chondroitin
DIET-
High Protein, Med-Low Carbs, Very-Low Fat w/ typ deficit of 500-600 cals
30g Protein Shake AM Post Cardio(approx. 6:30am)
Egg Whites -2 cups of carton egg whites (approx. 8:00am)
1% Cottage Cheese or Greek Yogurt w/ dill and cucumber (10:00am)
2 chicken breast w/ 2 cups Veggies (Noon)
Tuna or lean Ground Turkey w/ 2 cups Veggies (2:00pm)
30g Protein Shake (approx. 4:30pm), Handful of Pistachios or Pecans
30g Protein Shake post PM Cardio/Weights (7:45pm)
Tilapia or Chicken Breast or Ground turkey and 1 cup of veggies (8:30pm)
ROUTINE-
Wake up 5am and scarf down pills and sarms and albuterol
AM: 30 mins on Eliptical or 3 mile run with 10 min stretching (last week just started 10 min ab work also)
PM: 10 mins Eliptical warm up, 4 mile run approx. 7 – 7.5 mph followed by 10-15 min of 30 sec/30 sec sprint-walk intervals, basically till i give out.
Take ten min break then move to a single muscle group each night weights, 4 to 5 exercises, 4 sets each
Finish with 30 mins stationary bike med-high intensity and towards end max out resistance and stand up for 30 secs, then coast 30 secs for as many as possible, usually 10mins of intervals. Then stretch and chug water and protein shake.
It's been pretty damn tough but I am fucking loving it and I feel awesome! All my jeans and pants are getting loose as hell in the waist, people are constantly asking what tha hell i'm doing and i've still got over 3 wks left to go.
