How would you react if the person with whom you're madly inlove with and who's in love with you and wants to marry you - politely tells you that you're pleasantly plump - being that i'm a size 7 with muscles and curves and an ass. I was really hurt by this - would anyone else be???

And now I'm thinking, wow if he thinks i'm plump now , whats he gonna think in a month from now when i have my breast augmentation done???

When I was a size 16 my bf told me I was voluptuous not fat Maybe he just means you're thick.

It would all depend on what it means "plump" for you and what it means for him. Sometimes it may seem that guys and gals speak two different languages... he says something but meaning another, not necessarily wanting to hurt or imply something unpleasant...
I would talk to him and tell him exactly how I feel about what he said... ask him what did he implied with the word "plump"??Maybe you find out that he meant to say something else. I think that communication is the key... even when both speak the same language.

It happened to me. I was big though. I was in a size 18 my boyfriend told me I needed to loose weight. It hurt me I stayed upset for a while. I had wanted to loose weight cause I felt bad about myself. It was very mean and cruel but he is the one that gave me the insperation and modivation to start eating better and doing exersize reagular. He even helped me telling me about diets and what kind of working out I should do. He read about everything he told me about makeing sure nothing would hurt me.
I am very glade he told me that. It did hurt alot but it also helped me. I don't think you are *plump* I would think you are a perfect size.

My friend married a guy that stares at her and tell her how fat he thinks she is... this girl can stop traffic with her tiny waist j-lo ass - I know I've seen it happen.

So now they're looking to *get pregnant* and her last words were - "well if you think I'm fat now what will you do when I'm pregnant?"

If you're boyfriend wants a size 0-2 wife - let him get one and you can get a husband that loves you as you are , thankyouverymuch!

Do you know your % bodyfat? Get your body fat tested and if you are 18% or lower than tell him he is an ass. Gee I have seen plenty of great bodies at 20% or a little more. Not everyone wants to be very lean. I doubt that you are plump at size 7 unless you are but 5 feet tall.
I wonder if he is all that lean himself. If he juices he probably isn't for much of the year.

i was told this by my bf, and i had put on some weight, i honestly think it took balls for him to have the nerve to tell me that i was gettin "chunky" , he didnt mean disrespect...it did make me feel like i had a lump in my throat tho, but i got over it and got back on track too....

its very easy to fall by the way side and let urself slip when u r in a relationship imo
