on week 3 already gained 15lbs wtf??

This is my first cycle. I just injected for the third time last night of 350ml of deca and 500ml of test e. I know both are long esters, and everything I've read states that it takes up to 6 weeks before the anabolic effect really kicks in, but I've already gained 15lbs solid (went from 183lbs to 198lbs) and lost a lil fat. Three weeks ago I was benching 225lbs for 6 reps, I put up 265lbs for 5 reps today; I was doing sets of just body weight wide grip pull ups for 10 reps, now I can do weighted pullups with a 25lbs weight tied on. All my lifts are going up and I've noticed that I have a much quicker recovery between sets. The only thing I can tell that I'm doing differently is that I cut out all alcohol completely and I make sure I get around 200grams of protein every day. On a pretty strick diet, (eating oatz every night with greek yogurt mixed in and whip cream on top mmmm), but everything is balanced out well. I was thinking that maybe it's just water weight, but lifts are really improving. If it was bc of the alcohol, then I feel like a real idiot for all those years of drinking. The only thing weird, is I feel like my dick isn't as hard as it usually is. Idk if thats bc I've watched so much porn that I'm desensitized or the deca. btw age 26; m; currently 198lbs; lifting for 6 years.

My goal weight for this cycle was 205lbs, should I cut the cycle short as I was planning on 8 weeks, with clomid, hcg and aromasin for pct. Also have some bromo on hand incase of sides. Would it be unwise to cut the cyle short or would it help be transition to pct better?
 
So you're in you're third week of your first cycle . . .

I've seen pretty magical things happen in first cycles so this isn't crazy, although I'd suggest it's probably mostly water weight.

I don't know how much you were drinking, but booze has a dehydrating effect, so you're probably getting some water weight back from that as well as performance.

So to answer your post: E. All of the above.

It sounds likes you want to be conservative, but I'd personally take that cycle up to 10-12 weeks. You'll get more from the deca that way.
 
usually got wasted about 2x a week. Going clubbing on the weekends and getting drunk enough to either have a hangover or feel rundown. Always felt fine the day after that.

I don't want to be any bigger than like 210lbs, 225lbs max, I'm 5'll maybe and I play competitive doubles tennis in an adult league, nothing serious, but getting any bigger and I'm just going to be almost too big to be running up and down a court. I'm thinking that I might get xbox huge, especially when the bloat kicks in and balloon up to like 230lbs. I wanna keep my gains tho, would really like to get to a 300lbs bench and a 400lbs squat, only squating 325lbs for 6 reps atg, could work a lil more on that area I guess and go a lil lighter on my upper body.
 
first cycle you get the best gains.. i gained around 25lbs off tte n dbols in just 8 weeks, went from 143lbs to 165lbs
n my second cycle same thing and gained only 10 lbs lol
but ya keep going you might put on more weight!
 
lets lay off "i got wasted" crap on this board. good for you for quitting drinking but this isn't a drinking forum, lets stick to AAS.

secondly how much weight you gain means very little.. I gained 4 pounds on my primo cycle and I looked way better after and my bf% was the same. the scale lies. go by what you see.

thirdly you are dealing with a lot of water weight and I really hope you have an AI on hand and know how to use it.. and also that you are running cabaser and have hcg ready to go.. since you ran deca for a first cycle its gonna be a rough landing and you aren't gonna know what to do

and whether its water weight or not it still doesn't mean you wont see strength gains. 183 pound guy benching 225 for 6 reps isn't very strong, I do not think you were even close to your genetic potential before jumping on deca.

so in conclusion no its not true it takes 6 weeks to 'kick in' and 15 pounds for someone way below their genetic potential isn't a stretch for a first cycle of deca.

now just make sure you turn your lifestyle around AFTER your cycle, not just for the cycle.. if you want to have a prayer of keeping these strength gains you have.

I've seen you break 2 rules in the past month on here, so do me a favor and GO AND READ THE RULES in the sticky above, read it again, and read it again.
 
Well, I've always said all along that gains should come pretty quickly, and more so on a first cycle. But considering you're using Deca I don't have to go too far out on a limb and say it's mostly water.

Also, you may be sorry using clomid, especially after deca.
 
You're 19. You'r taking 850 mgs of gear a week. You weigh 170.

This is a perfect example how to fuck yourself up.

Dude, at 19 you can get to 170 with supps, food and training,. That's what bodybuilding is about. These drugs are serious and meant for people to push beyond their capabilities. You don;t even know what they are yet and you're using more gear than I've ever used at once.

I'm not saying that you can't use steroids, just because you;re young. I'm saying you can SERIOUSLY hurt yourself using them so young. Stop. Now.
