co-sign 100%. I use the Optimum Nutrition Choclate Whey and use water to mix. Milk has sugar which is no good. I think the skim I used to drink has at least 10g per 8oz. TRUST ME ON choclate with water tastes GREAT. Just dont mix more than 8oz water. Otherwise it doesn't taste like a choclate shake.
