My diet generally consists of 4 small meals a day, with 2-3 whey shakes as well, for a total of 6-7 servings of protein per day. I tend to eat a lot of cottage cheese and chicken, especially when working on being lean. I'm bulking now in the middle of my 2nd cycle that the lean part is out the window! I try to eat decent sized meals, without counting calories, but don't like to eat till I'm full either, makes it difficult to want to eat again in 2 hours
