If you wake up like that you have to (duh) eat something because you are already catabolic. You cannot afford to have this happen while you're sleeping if you want to grow.

PM sent. Lol Also when this happens I wake up, kick back a 20g whey shake and eat a handful of almonds and go back to bed.
 
Zed I shoot for 6000 per day. I normally come in no lower than 5500 but average around 5800.

Hell I am eating now!!!! Lol I eat and sleep like it's my job bro.

Hell yeah. I was thinking in excess of 5000 for those workouts.

Damn that's a lot of volume, how long does ut take you to run through a workout like that? 1min rest in between sets?
