Haven't measured lately bro I am think 19 or so. I'll measure up on my next session with my trainer and let you know. He won't let me shave my arms until I hit 20. Lmao

Thank you bro! Going to keep it up there until the body says no more. Lol radar and zed as well as my trainer are watching me close. Any signs of over training and ill adjust it for sure.
