Heyyy I did chest today too! I mixed some clen in with my eviscerate and put it on my chest, pinned some ghrp-6 took drank my bcaa's and hit it hard in a OWL influenced fashion. It was awesome it felt good man.

Anyways how did Chest day go for you big fella?

Flat bench dumbbell and fly presses combined. This is done in 4 sets of 40. Fly press 10, Flat press 10, Fly press 10, Flat press 10. No stopping until complete.
