1x10-170 under
1x10-180 wide

Barbell Bentover Rows from low rack. These are done overhand and under hand as well.

1x20-135 under
1x15-185 over
1x15-185 under
1x10-205 over

Overall great workout. I am feeling really good the past two days and I don't know why really. The lethargy is not there right now and I just have a sense of overall well being. Hard to explain really.

The life of a bodybuilder-

He wakes at 5:oo am to the sound of the alarm clock piercing through his rest. As he comes to his feet the soreness he feels and the pain from injuries past begin to raise their evil heads. He stumbles to the bathroom to brush his teeth and rinse off the fog caused by the melatonin he had to take to be able to sleep through the night. Now awake, he begins to prepare for battle. Not a battle against others but the battle within himself that lies ahead. Can I add more weight? Can I push an extra rep? What are the other guys doing today that I will meet in competition? Thoughts racing through his head as he is forcing oats down his throat. Pre-training breakfast done. Pre-workout done. Gallon jug in hand he forges through to make the trip to the dungeon where the battle shall commense. Throughout the trip he is playing it over and over in his mind. Seeing it before it even happens. Knowing the pain is coming but loving it nonetheless. Once inside the gym the battle has begun. There is no more time for I can't. No more room for excuses that say I will do this tomorrow. It is his time. His time to decide just how bad he wants it. Do you kill it? Or do you quit? He pushes every rep. He adds weight to every excersize. Sweat rolling off of his brow. Shirt is soaked and the weights really don't care. They are no better or worse as the result of his arrival. But he is. He is stronger. Both physically and mentally. The feeling he has now is the one that draws him back every day. The feeling that once again he has overcome his doubts. Overcome his fears. Overcome everything inside of him that said tomorrow. Now that todays battle has been won, the work does not stop here. What doses are scheduled for today? Is his food prepared? Are all supplements prepared or taken? Is this the easy road for him? No. But the love of the challenge, the love of the sport is what brings him back for more every day. Will there be injury? Yes. Will he quit? Never. Why? Because deep down inside he knows he doesn't want to be average. Deep down inside he has to be one of the 1% that is the elite. Welcome to a day in my life.

I see "that look" coming thru bro. The hard work is paying off man!
