its been about 2 months for me doing the 5x5. i been squatting alot and doing alot of incline and flat bench and a bunch of other excercises. im six feet tall and weigh 168lbs (gained 8lbs), my wrist is exactly six inches. i noticed i put on a bit of fat on my stomache, but that doesnt bother me because my ab muscles are getting bigger anyway.im hoping that in another 2 months the changes will be more visible. im having trouble with my bi's but well see.
