Newbies and lurkers who don't want to post!!! Come in!@!@

Lurking for a while. Getting some info and reading up on some different cycles. Going to eventually do a 10wk cycle with prop. Still learning a few things and and want to make sure I got everything in check before I go ahead with everything. Will be 32 this summer looking to bulk up a bit get some gains and keep them. 5'6 140lbs.. maybe I have lil man syndrome haha not.
 
Some of us just want to learn good info. I have been a member for many years but kids, work and time does not allow me to read much anymore. I have learned much though. I am 6'3 around 300. Have quite a bit more weight to lose. Just lurkin for while. Good bros and good info. Thanks!

Hello everyone, proffesional Lurker here. Great site by the way, I'm learning lots and I like the way the vets & mods particpate here and keep things smooth. Right now I'm 36 6'3" and around 255lbs Currently just getting back into shape last year I tore my right distal bicep tendon off lifting a baby crib off all things, ouch!

I lifted my way from 165lbs to 215lbs naturally and did a simple 8 way 250ml/week sust250 cycle at the age of 24 and gained 20lbs, never lost anything(never heard of PCT either). Honestly it amazes me the cycles guys are putting together for their 1st/2nd times, paying attention to your diet, what you do in/out of the gym is more important than what your taking. LIFT/EAT/REST

i'm a lurker.... huge lurker, not much to say, not alot of input but i take all the info i can.... it sounds selfish but heymwhat can ya do lol, now that i/needto got rids of my gyno (thanks again bro) and my mental state has returned to normal after the letro i'm thinkin of doin a tren/test cycle... goals are strength as size for me is really difficult. thats my story

Hey bro, we've all been there. We're young and have that vision of being huge and ripped...but the best advice you can get at 17 years old is TAKE YOUR TIME! Don't resort to steroids until your late twenties...you have a ton of time to grow naturally and develop good lifting/eating habits.

You're in luck tho - this forum is the best place to get all the training and diet info you possibly can. We have a great group of guys who dedicate their free time to helping others. Save your money for quality food, which you'll need more than anything.
