Hello everyone, proffesional Lurker here. Great site by the way, I'm learning lots and I like the way the vets & mods particpate here and keep things smooth. Right now I'm 36 6'3" and around 255lbs Currently just getting back into shape last year I tore my right distal bicep tendon off lifting a baby crib off all things, ouch!
I lifted my way from 165lbs to 215lbs naturally and did a simple 8 way 250ml/week sust250 cycle at the age of 24 and gained 20lbs, never lost anything(never heard of PCT either). Honestly it amazes me the cycles guys are putting together for their 1st/2nd times, paying attention to your diet, what you do in/out of the gym is more important than what your taking. LIFT/EAT/REST
