hey everyone..im new to the board.. and powerlifting. im 14, 5'5" 130lbs...
im really getting interested in powerlifting...i was doing a body building routine, but i found i like lifting heavy weights, more then i like bodybuilding....at least some aspects of it
well here are my lifts.
Bench 185
Squat 255
Deadlift 320
all of these are without bench shirts, squat and deadlift suits
im interested in a good powerlifting routine, that will help my lifts....but i dont want my other body parts to lag behind.
any advice would be appreciated. thanks
