Damn, that makes me wanna go squat right now! Also it makes me want to try changing my form to see what happens. I have pretty good quads already but I don't go very low at all on squats. I go deep on leg press, hacks, and front squats, but reg. back squats I rarely go even parallel, I go just above. I also always use a belt for anything over 315. I'm short too, 5'5", but going low I always feel weak and unbalanced. My quads are about 25-26 at 180lbs so they're pretty good sized... but damn dude, I wonder how much better they'd be if I could get my form down as well as you? Guess I'll just have to try and find out. Thanks for the inspiration bro!!
