I agree with the no belt/wraps ect... Only time I would use them was at power lifting meets and I was raw as you could get at a few meets by only using wrist wraps. Belts will cause too much pressure build up and something will blow. I think its best to always go raw with nothing no matter what weight you have. It just strengthens everything else. up. I am 6' 1 1/2" and used to go very deep also when I used to squat. I see a lot of bouncy bouncy in that video but it’s still a ton of weight.
