Speaking of pull-throughs - I did some this morning, and you're right, 2Shy - they definitely hit the glutes as well as the hammies. It's that squeeze at the top, baby!
I'm so glad there was no one in the gym though - pull-throughs can be a little obscene looking.
RDLs are similar to SDLs, only they focus on the hammies and glutes and pretty much leave the lower back out of the picture. You do them with an arched back and slightly bent knees, so when you lower the weight, you shouldn't be able to extend much past your knees (unless you're super flexible). As you raise the weight, you thrust your hips forward and tighten the glutes. They are my favorite ass developer!
Squats are great too, but you have to sit back and break parallel. If you're leaning forward over your knees, you're going to hit the quads more than the hammies and glutes. If you're doing a wide stance, you're using abductors just as much as hammies, so you're really getting nice leg development - as you can tell from Spatts.
Great butt shot, Spatts!
