The biggers problem i see with people looking to "bulk" is they rely on others diet plans.
If i am bigger than you and you ask me what my diet looks like then follow it to a t waiting for great results you are being foolish.
the key to diet is simple
1. get a general understanding of foods and what they do.
real simple. proteins, carbs, veggies, water. play around with this and the different ratios for a while. (while=year(s) ). dont get discouraged yet this is just the beginning.
2. learn about the differences between forms of the same food.
not all chicken or any other food is the same. for example the worst chicken is the chicken that has been preserved and frozen for months then cooked to oblivion before you eat it. this chicken will be nearly worthless. on the otherhand the fresh organic chicken taken home and imediately cooked just to the point of being safe to eat will be great. if you want to take it further raise your own chickens (i do this).
same aplies to veggies. frozen broccoli cuts nuked until they are mush are worthless. fresh organic broccoli eaten raw will be 1000 times better.
3. learn how to get your body to be able to effectively process more food.
there are many factors involved here. the biggest is energy. remember that sunlight is the source of all energy. you can obsorb energy through your skin, and you can digest energy. so that fresh picked veggie, fresh killed chicken, or fresh milked cow will go a long way here along with getting plenty of sunlight. there are also vitamins, minirals, and digestive enzymes to help here. this is the hardest step but also the last.
after you have taken these steps and have done similar with training tecnique you will truely be able to take your body to its natural limits. at this point you will then be ready to dive into a whole other long expirement with steroids and other drugs.
this is what seperates the 180lb guy with a reciding hairline and pimples with the development of an average gym go'er from the guy who is 260lbs who ruins every barbell the gym buys.
as long as you keep avoiding this research on yourself the more time you will waste. success in bodybuilding comes from taking your body to its maximum potential. no one including myself has anything to offer you other than a simple start point to your long journy of dieting. if you are to lazy to do this then quit because you will never get to where you want to be.
