8am - 2 pieces whole weat bread, 5 slices of turkey, 3 spoons of cottage cheese.

After work out shake
12:30- 2 scoops of whole wheat bread, 2 chicken breasts, salad and greens, and little olive oil extra virgin, piece of pineaple
3:00 2 pieces whole weat bread, 5 slices of turkey, 3 spoons of cottage cheese
6:00 Protein Bar
9:00 Chicken or fish, whole wheat rice, greens, olive oil. No fruit here.
That is it. Aprox, 2500 calories.
Starting anavar - Stana - Test in 2 weeks.
