New Diet! Strict: please critique

Hey guys, this is my new diet for the next 2months, looking to cut a little.

8am - 2 pieces whole weat bread, 5 slices of turkey, 3 spoons of cottage cheese.

workout

After work out shake

12:30- 2 scoops of whole wheat bread, 2 chicken breasts, salad and greens, and little olive oil extra virgin, piece of pineaple

3:00 2 pieces whole weat bread, 5 slices of turkey, 3 spoons of cottage cheese

6:00 Protein Bar

9:00 Chicken or fish, whole wheat rice, greens, olive oil. No fruit here.

That is it. Aprox, 2500 calories.
Starting anavar - Stana - Test in 2 weeks.

Are the slices of turkey cold cuts or real turkey? and I would want something between the PWO shake and 12:30 maybe spoonful or two of ANPB ? and that 6pm protein bar maybe replace with 7eggs - 4 whites, 3 whole scrambled ?
 
loose the bread at breakfast try oats. dont eat so much bread. eat some oats,brown rice, or sweet potato instead.
whats your body weight? whats up with the turkey slices? real or deli? what kinda protien bar is it your eating? could be a good start but you need to minimize bread, add a little fat and probably taper down carbs as time goes on. sounds like a maintenence diet at this point
 
if the turkey is lunch meat get rid of it, its horrible for you. only eat real turkey breast. also dump the whole wheat bread, its just as bad as white bread because its made with flour. if you want to eat bread eat ezekiel bread, its flourless.
