Need your help - very hungry right now!

Ok, so as my earlier post said, I've just started taking Phen-Free, which as I'm sure you all know is used to increase the metabolism. The thing is this, I'm really f***ing hungry even immediately after I eat each meal(normally around 500 calories, e.g, today I had brown rice and chicken for lunch). Should I be eating more since my metabolism has been cranked or is this the idea to shift the fat? (or is it that I'm just turning in to a greedy bastard!?)

Any help would be appreciated.

DD

PS. I'm eating the 6 meals a day so I'm not lacking on food, I'm eating the same amount as before I was on Phen Free and I wasn't hungry then.

Have you added any good fats to your diet? Maybe a quarter of an avocado, some nuts, etc. Substitude some of your carb calories with some fat. The extra bit of fat may help keep you full a little longer. The phen free is supposed to raise your metabolism, so eating extra really will just counter its effects.
Also a good idea may be to use diet drinks. I use crystal light or sugar free jello to help me on that.

The only good fat I take in intentionally is flax seed oil, 5mg 3 times a day. What type of nuts would you recommend? Are peanuts any good? Also, what about fibre? Would that fill me up more as opposed to carbs?

Cheers Johnny

I think I may have slipped a little. I automatically assumed you were eating fibrous carbs (oatmeal, veggies, brown rice). Those seem to help for me when I eat my meals and drink lots of water. Keeps you filled a little longer. I'm also a fan of adding some beans to my meals, although most people can't stand them, probably because of they're "musical" tendencies.
Peanuts are fine. I either eat those or cashews just because of the convenience.
Don't feel bad though, these are just dieting blues. Looking good isn't always easy.
