I am 6 ft, 170 lbs... estimate myself at 10-13% body fat right now...
My goal is to get more cut/a six pack...my abs are there and my stomach is pretty flat,,,just need to get the small bit of fat covering my abs off...
meal 1)
Raw oatmeal w/ skim milk and 2 plain scrambled eggs,several strawberries
meal 2)
carrots dipped in reduced fat peter pan peanut butter
meal 3)
same as meal 2 + apple
meal 4)
2 skinless boneless chicken breasts w/ seasoning, celery plain
*HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUT HERE*
meal 5) (after workout)
Protein shake made with fat free milk and strawberries
*Will do cardio between meal 5-6 a few days a week*
meal 6)
1-2 tilapia filets w/ seasoning
I drink only water all day,some non decaf/non sugar salada green tea/skim milk
also taking creatine again.
