Law school finals time. Literally no time to cook/workout. I considered doing the ANPB diet but I believe my brain is going to need the carbs. (is this true??) Im taking addys to which absolutely destroys appetite (but is amazing for studying, absolutely amazing.) I am scared im not gonna get enough cals and my metabo is gonna shut down ( Ive been on a succesful cutting diet dont want it to stop) Im scared to mix ANPB (to up my cals) w/ carbs. Should I be concerned about that? Protein bars are inedible wit these addys I literally cant do it. Any suggestions on how to get my food in w/o spoling my hard work since august?? My body is in the "zone" right now..3 days of pigging out at thanksgiving led to a lb of fat loss. I dont wanna get out of this..Please Help.
