Need help finding an appetite!!

I started a bulk cycle last week and I have been trying to eat as much as possible.

I am having a real hard time finding an appetite and I was wondering if there are any supplements out there that can help me.

I have heard of this stuff called Cyproheptadine (Periactin) that is used to enhance appetite and for weight gain but I need a script for it. Also, it's known to make you tired and drowsy and I would rather avoid that. I was hoping to find something a bit more natural that could help. Thanks in advance!

train yourself to eat EVERY 2-3 HOURS. eat a small, but good portioned meal (hihg protein, moderate carb, moderate fat). after a week or two, your body will be trained to get hungry every few hours, and you'll be able to up the portion of food you eat during each meal. good luck

That's my current plan...I try to intake about 600 calories every 3 hrs or so. It's really difficult and I find myself getting sleepy and the thought of more food just gets me sick.

I know how important it is to intake protein so I am always having a whey or a weight gain shake. I'm just hoping I can find something that can make me hungry and crave more food, bong hits are not that practical ;). There has to be some kind of supplement out there that can help me....there is something for everything now a days!

Vitamin B complex is the only supplement I know of. The other thing that may help is eating carbs in the morning - a lot of people tell me that when they eat carbs in the morning they are hungry all day.

nuts are a great way to get more calories without feeling as full. They are extremely calorie dense and have just what you're looking for while bulking. Just drink some skim milk with them and take some aminos to aid in bioavailability of the incomplete protein.

I can't begin to tell you how well this works.
"Training" comes in many forms.
