Im eating about 3 chix breat cutlets a day....been baking them due to lack of grill lol....light seasoning, chili powder or cajun....anyone got good suggestions?

I like lemon and basil .
Just squeeze lemon on them and sprinkle on basil.

Really good flavoring with out adding salt or any of that other high soduim crap onto them.

garlic and onion powders with a squeeze of lime, let marinade for 1/2 hour. fry in about a tablespoon of good olive oil. you can even put the zest of that lime in your marinade.

lemon, fresh rosemary and fresh garlic. Let sit in fridge for at least an hour. The longer the better though.

Oh add a little olive oil to your marinade too. forgot to mention that. as needtogetass said, rosemary is great, as is fresh taragon or thyme (lemon thyme if you can find it).

Mrs Dash a bunch of sodium free seasonings.

Here is a good idea for "Oven fried Chicken"

Get a few breasts and pound them flat with a tenderizor. Beat up some egg whites. Soak the chicken breasts in the egg whites. Then you can coat the chicken breasts in what ever coating your diet allows. I have seen bread crumbs, corn meal. I personally season some wheat germ with some fresh herbs (Parsley, and basil). coat the chicken in the coating and bake in a hot over (400 degrees, flipping once).

It's almost as good as eating chicken fingers.
