Need alternate protein source for breakfast

Due to my cholesterol problem, I cannot eat eggs everyday so I'm looking for an alternative to get 10-20g of protein. The reason I say so little is that I'll probably have to drink a protein shake with it toget anywhere near 40g of protein for breakfast.

I havn't had any time to completely check out their worth yet but I picked up a Snickers Marathon bar the other day. Maybe someone can comment here on them. I am unsure exactly what Sugar Alcohols are.

Can you take the yolks out? If not, you could probably just mix a good powder with some milk and meet your 40g goal. I just picked up a bag of Syntrax's Matrix 5.0, which is a protein blend (including egg albumin) and I've been getting good results from it. One scoop is about 22g of protein.

-peanut butter on wholemeal toast. tastes good. or a pint of skimmed milk.
-bacon with the fat cut off.

i doubt thoses statistics on a snikers are correct. i doubt it has 16g of proten. it def has more fat.

You know you don't have to eat "breakfast type food" for breakfast. Either eat egg whites or have chicken. I've eaten chicken/turkey breast + brown rice or sweet potato for breakfast before & it's good!!

I've actually become allergic to eggs over the past year or so and it fucking sucks. That's all I gotta say.

Eat any type of protein just make sure you dont wait around all morning to get to eating your breakfast. Sometimes a I have a shake or some tuna or some chicken.

I would say tuna man! It seems almost too good to be true in my opinion. Really really high protein, really really low fat, real low calories too! It seems alot of people don't like it, but if you do, I'd say tuna all the way!

take the yolk outs and have only the whites... or whip out a steak or chicken breast. You don't need to limit yourself to what is your current perception of breakfast (hell, I used to eat cold pizza out of the fridge before, in my other life)
