need advice

Hey there remember you too!! Nice to see you back around!! :)

I've gotta echo what some of the other ladies have already said too, but I think that a cheat or even a high carb refeed day once a week for a couple weeks would be a nice welcoming shock to your body and could be just one of the things you need to get things kick started again?
 
Congrats on dropping the 20 lbs :) Lots of great advice here I do agree with everyone that said have a cheat meal once a week. I remember how hard you push yourself and are so disiplined but you do need that carb up to really keep your metabolism hot even if it is a healthy carb up that is better then not carbing up at all.
 
I'd also say buckwheat pancakes could be a clean carb up/cheat or just LOTS of oats with different mix-ins: bananas, raisins, dried cranberries, honey, etc.
