Curling,
In your first post you wrote "She is really serious this time of getting a hard body". Today you said "Man she is still not eating enough. This morning she had some grapes and a half of cantelope. She maybe eats two meals a day."
Is she eating more or less now than when she was dropping weight? If she's eating more, then at least that's a good sign she's making an effort. After nearly starving for 2 months, it will be a physical and psychological adjustment trying to eat more. She still needs to work on eating small meals more frequently and getting a balance of protein, carbs, and fat at each meal.
It is possible for her to maintain her current size IF she replaces whatever body fat she has (I'm sure there's not much) with muscle. That's what will give her a hard body. She's got to understand that having muscle is what will raise her metabolism, but she's got to eat more to get some muscle. She might feel like she's getting bigger at first, but if she sticks to a good diet and keeps working out, she WILL get leaner and harder in the end.
If she's eating less, then there's no way she's EVER going to get a hard body (been there, done that!). A soft skinny body yes, but not a hard body. A meal of fruit won't cut it. Sure, it's low fat, but to the body, it's just sugar. For a hard body she needs muscle, and for muscle she must get sufficient protein. They're lots of threads on here about good diet.
I for one like Laura Crevalle's cookbooks. I figure a pro bodybuilder like Laura knows a few things about lean cooking. The recipes are easy, very tasty, and healthy. As a former anorexic, I am not "afraid" to eat the recipes in this book.
