Set 2: 110kg- 12 rep
Hammer strength iso lateral wide grip row
Set 1: 75kg each side- 12rep
Set 2: 75kg each side- 11rep
Set 3: 75kg eachside- 10rep
Hammer strength plate loaded shoulder press
Set 1: 60kg- 6 rep
Set 2: 60kg- 4 rep drop to 40kg- 6 rep
Single arm dumbbell row
Set 1: 57.5kg- 11rep
Set 2: 57.5kg- 10rep
Overall very good session diet has been pretty sloppy lately can see adding fat at love hadle, need fix it up asap. Leg day tomorrow. Thanks!!
