Hey boys, just wanted to let everyone know that I'm sick as a dog... I have a really bad case of the flu (I think), high fever and shit so I won't be posting this week unless I get better. Hopefully I will be back in the gym soon. Just in bed most of the time as I'm full of aches and pains
