I will consider reducing to 3 sets. The pulldowns to me atleast feel like one of the safest and easiest exercises to perform. Starting with my heaviest weight first also reduces the likelihood of injury. Thinking maybe that additional set really isn’t worth doing as long as I am progressing? Definitely open to suggestions as always I just want to maximize my volume safely especially when on a cycle. Got some pretty lofty goals I would to accomplish!

Alright so today was leg day and 11th dose of Winstrol. Feeling pretty amazing right now. Also picked up a joint support supplement although up to this point I don’t feel like I need it. Taking it anyway as a precaution.

Hammer squat: 234x20 324x15 414x12 434x10
Romanian deadlift: 135x12 145x11 155x8
Leg extension: 140x15 120x15 100x20 90x20
Leg curl: 120x20 135x20 150x12 120x18
Calf raise: 215x20 215x20 215x15 215x15

I was surprised at how relatively easy the 434 pounds on the hammer squat was. I definitely can do more and plan to do more next week. Just got to have a balance between increasing the weights without getting too greedy. I have to say the Winstrol is unreal. I can see why some people end up with joint issues while taking because the strength increases have been more than I expected. I knew I would get stronger but I was not anticipating how much easier everything feels.

I am not seeing any physique differences yet but this is only week 2. Plus I am also on the test/eq but I know the eq takes longer to get going. Overall I feel incredible. Muscles feel great and more importantly my joints feel great too.
 
Alright so today was my 9th dose of Winstrol and still feeling good. Also had my Test-EQ 400mg blend (200mg each) last night and went super smooth. Weights are feeling lighter and I am trying to not do what I did last time and increase the weights too much too soon. It is tempting though lol.

Rack pulls: 135x15 185x12 235x10 285x4
Seated row: 165x15 150x15 135x15 120x15
Cable lat pulldown: 150x10 135x12 120x12 120x12
Close grip pulldown: 135x12 120x12 105x12 105x12
Straight arm rope pulldown: 100x15 100x13 100x12 100x10
Several sets of bicep curls for an added pump.
30 minutes of cardio

Couple things to note. For the rack pulls, 235x10 felt easy but the 285x4 felt pretty taxing on the lower back. Probably need to get one of those back braces or maybe try a sumo type stance/grip. Think it may have something to be with my height and having long arms.

For the straight arm pulldowns, usually I do a straight bar but today I did the rope attachment. This was more challenging but felt much better on the lats. Better range of motion. Plan to do these moving forward.

For the rows and lat pulldowns, plan to continue to do reverse pyramid sets. As long as the first set is completed in the 12-15 range I will increase the weight the following week by the smallest increment on the machine which will be 15 pounds.
Always a good sign when the weights are feeling lighter

@BrightFuture 2 weeks in takes time to feel it bro , you're strong already
but winstrol dries out joints so i suggest HIGHLY do NOT go high weight, just low weight high reps
