Long time lurker first time poster AND i got a new user name...i used to be geoisdef.

Age:24.5
Years lifting: 8 (college got me a little off track so lets call it 7)
ht:5'11
wt:195 lbs
bf%: 9-10% depending on the month haha
1RM
Bench:325
squat:425- hitting it today so hopefully this is up
DL: will edit to post new lift after this evening but im thinking about 450#'s

Run:3 mi in about 19 minutes
pull ups: 36

Supplements: just stopped using amp02 and lipoflame about a week ago great stuff. right now its just me, food and weights. and the protein.
Diet:
0630ish: 4 hardboiled eggs (3whites-1 whole egg)
big bowl of oatmeal with raisins
various fruits like and apple or orange
2-3 slices of bacon-something i will never give up
1000 -mid morning snack- something healthy, usually a piece of fruit or a bowl of cereal like smart start just to keep me from jamming candy bars down my neck.
1200:lunch- 4-5 slices of turkey on wheat wrap with lettuce/tomatoe/onions.
a bowl of mixed veggies and usually some toast and fruit (wheat toast that is) and a protien shake (syntha6)

1400- I hit the weights or thrash. whatever the day calls for. I do upper body days/ lower body days and mix in longer endurance/power workouts throughout the week. my schedule isnt perfect and because of my job i like to keep my body weight around 195. I have to meet certain fitness req's and when gain more , i slow down in the run department. thats no bueno for me.
afterwords i take down syntha6-two scoops. I know its not the best protien but thats what is available to me where i am. I have some better stuff on the way, hopefully it gets here soon!

1800-1900 dinner:just like lunch but heavier in the cals.

Right before i hit the rack i take down 1 scoop of syntha 6.

I also make sure at least one night a week i move at least 12 miles with a 45-50 pound load on my back to keep the feet in shape for work. It takes about 3.5- 4.0 hours. I consume about 25-30 ounces of water per hour and about 200 calories split between carbs and protiens.

twice a week i do a nice 2 hour thrash session incorporating complex lift, sprints and anaroebic stuff to keep my endurance up. Unfortunately i dont choose when i have to get into gear and move quick for a long time.

Cycle History-nada, but i read alot because i find this shit absolutely fascinating.

My question is this :with the type of training and exercise that i do, how would a havoc/cyclotren cycle work out for me, with the sustained elevated heart rates? Im guessing after reading about lower back pumps that it might be a little rough.
My goals are increased endurance and strength and i can deal with another 10 pounds of lean muscle especially if its spread out evenly over the body.
Would i be better off sticking with something like sustain alpha and dermacrine with phyto test?
Thanks guys!

Let me know if i forgot to add anything in or if you have any more questions.

oh and im a marine currently deployed so that explains the shitty diet.

I also forgot, random snacking throughout the day on various fruits and nuts and a slice of wheat bread here and there.

No, no med condition. when i say "thrashing" i mean doing long workouts that incorporate squats, cleans, man-makers, 400-800 msprints, pull-ups, dips without rest in between for anywhere from 90 minutes to 120 minutes. My goal is strength/power and endurance SO...i guess to make my question more clear, if i continue to do this twice a week, while also running quite a bit while lifting, which i am capable of doing now, will a cycle of cyclo-tren/havoc be a bad idea if i want to continue with this program instead of going to just heavy lifting with only light or HIIT cardio? sonofabtich i suck at asking questions. thanks miplank

I don't think so...

I've done the cyclotren/havoc cycle and it was great. While I wasn't doing any cardio (bulking) Cyclotren actually made me leaner.

Things your going to notice on that cycle...

Cyclotren is going to give you retard strength. So I will advise you to listen to your body. Even though you phsyically will be able to put more weight up, make sure your joints are going to be able to take it.

Havoc is going to give you some awesome "hard gains".

I wouldn't recommend you run havoc more than 4 weeks. I chose to go 4 weeks on both cyclotren and havoc, but if you wanted you could run cyclotren 6-8 weeks, and throw the havoc in at the last 4. I chose to keep it simple, plus it keeps your "down time" shorter so you can do it again sooner.

Make sure to have necessary PCT, and on cycle support. Havoc will shut you down.

Hope that answers your questions...if you have anything specific you'd like answered let me know.

I have cycle support from jam as well as the post cycle deal coming. I want to avoid anything thats not OTC so im going to stick with those. oh and also i picked up that sustain alpha, dermacrine, phyto test stack but im thinking ill use the sustain alpha for PCT on this one and leave the dermacrine and phyto test for a later date if all goes well on this.

Other things im going to try and get out here are taurine and that cissus (read more about it on wikipedia) stuff as well as milk thistle. After reading way more into this I believe i might wait untill the deployment is over and im on leave that way i have a good 30 days at home where i can eat alot better food, and have access to a doctor for blood work if anything goes wrong.

Im excited about the retard strength. I've reached my current level of strength and endurance with no injury so far but it took awhile.

Sounds like your good to go.

Your gonna love that stack!

I did cyclotren for 8 weeks and havoc for the last 4 weeks of the cyclotren. I did not notice any back problems. I am using JAMs PCT with sustain,All is good so far.
Just what miplank told you... I concur

I'm surprised you didn't get any back pumps...you must drink a lot of water.

I'm guilty of not drinking enough..I try, but I know I could do better.
