My Protein Idea, Suggestions Welcome

1- Going to try to get back into shape, and damn well keep it (underweight)

2- I dislike the taste of every ppowder I have come across until I found this (what I will be using) I like it, its cheap (25lbs for $75 after shipping)


ok I wanna put about 18 scoops in a gallon of water (297gs protein)
and just get most my protein from this while I drink my water (1 gallon per day)

I figure this way it will be divided well through the day, and it wont go to waste
It tastes good, just like water!!!! I love the no taste

I dont eat alot of meats/dairy anyways---Im a fruit and veggie kind of guy



Its unflavored and doesnt have all the additives/junk

so what do you think of this? I dont get enough cals anyways, not a well cook, and I boil a gallon of water anyways every day (our water is nasty)
so its not any trouble
 
I'm a firm believer in eating the most amount of natural foods possible. This is because natural foods have all sorts of nutrients that powders don't. Think about it.
 
Im a natty guy too, thats why Im a fruit/veggie kind of guy

I dont eat a lot of meats/dairy because all the genetic/hormones being added

I am trying to be as organic/natty as I can, but there is a limit in availabilty and $ cost

Seeing as I wont be getting enough protein on my preffered diet I think this will more than make up for it

This reasoning makes sense. But keep in mind the fact that the scientific and medical community are constantly "discovering" new nutrients, even new vitamins found in foods.

This not really forum for this post IMO, but MuscleMilk choc. pretty good taste
 
protein powder should not be your main source of protein... it should SUPPLIMENT it

you need to learn to combine the right foods to get the right proteins together look up info on vegetarian body builders if you want to go that route..

if eggs are ok with you that would be a much better choice to get a lot of your protein from same with milk and cheeses

also IMO protein drinks start tasting like ass if they are just sitting for hours and hours in water.. it would be much better to mix small amounts at a time and drink it that way.
