Ok ya'll,

Bunny has truly inspired me to post a pic. I can't believe I'm going to do this! I'm so scared!

Ok, I'm non-plat and have never posted a pic before. What would be the easiest way?

On www.imageshack.us

Where it says BROWSE click that and search your computer for the pic, then click open…
You come back to the IMAGESHACK screen and then click HOST IT…

Brings you to a very confusing screen LOL

TO post the pic in your log scroll down to where it says “Hotlink for forums (1)” and copy that URL in the box to the left of that wording… that is what you paste in the reply box on EF


If that confused you Im sorry.. Jens had to explain it to me 1000 times, but that was the easiest way I learned, there are other way to do it

Training and cardio is the same, with weights 5x week. Maybe a spinning class once a week, depends on how I feel.

ya'll I'm bumpin' this up, cuz I haven't been to the gym latley. I'm having tum tum problems. I feel super bloated and the scale says +5lbs!!!!! I'm sure it's the carb and sodium overload from crackers and chicken noodle soup, but still feel like a whale!

Just needed some words of encouragement! :) Thanks ya'll! :)
