So should I try CKD??? It seems like it would be hard for me. I don't eat red meat. Only chicken and seafood. I get the rest of my protein from shakes, bars, cottage cheese, eggs. And I don't know how I could eat that much fat without eating carbs. HELP???
I have read kak's first post and I calculated all the numbers and stuff. I just wouldn't know what to eat. And where in the world to get all that fat!!! And it is just STRICTLY protein and fat??? No fruits or veggies I assume? And what about Peanut Butter? Has lots of fat but has carbs?
