ok i did a whole upper boddy workout 2 sets for bi's,chest,tri's,back,shoulders. overall still feel a bit weak but nothing major. tomorw and wedsday are pure cardio days, im shooting for 10 sprints and 1/2 hour on the treadmill on an incline 4.0%.
