no!!!! results dont slow down. refeeds confuse your metabolism..dont go over board though. mix things up,diet training ect..right now im on little ephedra and glucosamine/msm for joints and prop/masteron/winny for muscle sparing and harding effects
Dont split hairs...lol...if you want serious results, and want to do this diet correctly, then water is your best choice. Some sweeteners such as splenda are fine. The citric acid and aspatame have been shown to kick some pople out of ketosis, myself included. So, do what you want, and if its working, good for you.
