My old CKD article I wrote for George24....

smuckers peanut butter is great for this, natural peanut butter that is, dont get hung up in the numbers girl, you say you eat chicken? smother that shit with shredded cheese and eat it. drink a muscle milk shake once a day

Okay. I think I might try this. But, how long do I go on torturing myself like this??? My b-day is in 3 weeks so I should probably wait until after that to start.

Im just concerned with muscle loss. Plus the workouts are far from what I do now. But if it works it works, Id just like some more proof. Im almost sold, I may have to try it....

as far as muscle loss i wouldnt do this diet w/out some sort of anabolic or androgen. i did it before natural with great results but all my ratio's and carb up was spot on. with gear you stay full and hard even when you have no carbs in your system. i ahve not had a lick of carb since friday and my muscles still have a pump in the gym and im not at all flat. moreso im probbly gonna skip this weeks carb up as i feel i dont need it, it will speed up fatloss aswell. i use grilled chicken breast smothered with cheeeses and salsa's, natty peanut butter, muscle milk, cashews's and its going great. i could easily do 15-20 weeks on this diet. apetite is in check .

im finding that working out with weights should be no more than 2 times a week( max intensity) then a depletion so that would be 3 workouts with weights. however hit the sprints or hiit on the days off that would be 4-5 times a week. i tried hiit after weights and it didnt last long, i was fatigued and DRAINED the next day do i just layed off that routine and things have been going great so far this time around i want to gain muscle and keep fatigue/cortisol/muscle loss if any at bay. im smarter this time around when it comes to ckd.

todays weigh-in was 226

I wonder with a sensible eating plan and no aas would acheive the same goals. I mean using hiit cardio and a faster paced workout. But with diet the carbs should be held at low glycemic during the day , no carbs after say 4:00 and an excessive protein intake. No carb loading, yet no carb depletion either.

yea that sounds good too. its all about calories in and calories out. when i use the conventiononal body builder diet i suffer and de-rail because i dont eat enough........ chicken breast and low glycemic carbs dont add up to alot of calories when i eat super clean..

ckd works best for me as far as fat loss

40g of whey pre and post workout is an absolute must if you wanna stay energetic, full muscle bellies, i started doing this 2 weeks ago and its worked ALOT better for sparing mass, and it staves off that dreadful feeling of overtraining and fatigue that you get from low/no carbing post workout
